Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 08.03.2026
1. Seller and scope
Z7 is operated by Rathix B.V., Kievitspark 16, 2215 NJ Voorhout, Netherlands; KVK 28104250; VAT NL814026242B01. Contact: info@z7i7.com; telephone +44 7446 387626. These terms apply to quotations and sales of physical goods. A consumer is an individual purchasing mainly outside their trade or profession. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over inconsistent terms.
2. Quotations and contracts
The catalogue and basket allow you to request a quotation. Sending a request does not place an order or require payment. We check the requested part numbers, quantities, availability, destination and shipping costs before issuing a written offer. Unless that offer expressly specifies another acceptance procedure, a contract is formed when your acceptance of our final written offer reaches us within its stated validity period. An enquiry receipt is not an order confirmation. These terms will be supplied before you accept.
3. Product information
We supply new products as described in the accepted offer. Check the exact manufacturer part number, variant, ratings, pack quantity and intended application. Photographs may illustrate a product series rather than the exact configuration; the agreed description and part number define the goods. We will not substitute a different part without your agreement. Please ask for clarification before accepting an offer if technical compatibility is uncertain.
4. Prices and availability
The final offer states currency, unit or pack prices, applicable VAT, delivery charges and the total payable. Consumer prices must be presented inclusive of applicable VAT; business quotations may separately show net prices and VAT. Stock information is checked at the time of quotation and may change before the contract is formed. A quote request does not reserve stock. Once a contract is formed, we will not change the agreed price unilaterally.
5. Payment
The accepted offer and invoice specify the payment method, due dates and any advance payment. Business advance-payment terms are agreed individually. Where Dutch consumer advance-payment rules apply, consumers will have an option requiring no more than 50% before delivery and the balance after delivery. No online card facility or credit account is promised. We begin procurement or dispatch at the stage specified in the accepted offer.
6. Fulfilment and delivery
Orders may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers and shipped directly to your address. Rathix B.V. remains your contractual seller and contact for delivery problems, returns and warranty claims. The accepted offer identifies the delivery destination, charges and agreed delivery arrangements. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
7. Changes, cancellation and delay
Contact us promptly about changes. Business cancellations and changes require agreement and may involve documented costs agreed with you. If delivery is delayed or unavailable, we will explain lawful options; agreed goods are not substituted without consent. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Consumer withdrawal
Where the statutory distance-selling right applies, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the day of receipt; for goods from one order delivered separately, after receipt of the last item. Send an unambiguous notice to info@z7i7.com or Rathix B.V., Kievitspark 16, 2215 NJ Voorhout, Netherlands. Send the goods back within 14 days of notice to the return address provided in our return instructions. You bear direct return costs only if properly informed before contracting. We refund payments, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of notice; we may withhold until goods or evidence of return arrive, whichever is first. Extra express-delivery costs need not be refunded. Refunds use the original method unless otherwise agreed without cost. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect goods may cause a lawful diminished-value deduction; no blanket restocking fee applies. Only legally valid, properly disclosed exceptions apply. Standard goods sourced specifically for you are not automatically personalised.
8. Product use and defects
Install and use products in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements. Tell us about incorrect, damaged or defective goods so we can investigate. Technical checks requested from you must not improperly restrict legal remedies. Consumer conformity rights apply independently of any manufacturer warranty. For businesses, any additional commercial warranty will be identified in the offer; this does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Responsibility
Each party is responsible for its obligations under the contract and applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for personal injury or intentional misconduct. Any specific business liability arrangement must be expressly agreed and reasonable; this draft does not impose a blanket exclusion for all losses.
10. Complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to info@z7i7.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge receipt and explain the proposed resolution or next steps. Dutch law governs the contract. Consumers retain mandatory protections of the law applicable to them and access to courts available under mandatory jurisdiction rules. Business disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch court. No unconfirmed arbitration scheme or trade-association membership is represented.
