How payment works
Add products to your basket and request a final quotation. We confirm availability and prepare an offer showing the goods, delivery costs, applicable taxes and total payable. Review and accept the offer before paying. The basket request itself is free and does not create a payment obligation.
Payment by invoice
Payment methods, account details, currency, due dates and any agreed advance payment are stated in the quotation and invoice. EUR is the usual quotation currency unless another currency is agreed. Bank transfer may be used when offered on your invoice. Card payments, PayPal, instalments and credit terms are available only if expressly offered; no such facilities are currently promised.
Cryptocurrency payments
We accept USDT, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) by agreement. Contact info@z7i7.com to arrange payment for your quotation. Before you pay, we confirm the cryptocurrency, supported network, amount, exchange-rate basis and receiving wallet in the payment instructions. Your invoice remains the reference for the agreed goods, shipping, taxes and payment terms. Any transaction fees and refund arrangements are agreed before acceptance. Cryptocurrency payments are arranged individually; the website does not provide an automatic crypto checkout.
Business customers
Advance payment, part payment or other arrangements are agreed individually. The invoice states when procurement and dispatch will begin. Any transfer fees or currency conversion arrangements must be clear before you accept the offer.
Private customers
Where Dutch consumer rules apply, we offer a payment arrangement requiring no more than 50% before delivery, with the remainder payable after delivery. If you choose another lawful payment option voluntarily, it will be set out clearly. Payment terms do not limit your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
VAT and international charges
Tax treatment depends on the delivery destination, customer status and the transaction. A VAT number does not automatically make an order VAT-free. We confirm applicable VAT and any qualifying tax treatment before acceptance. The offer also explains whether import duties, import taxes or carrier clearance charges are included or payable separately.
Refunds
Refunds are processed using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost to you. Consumer refunds follow the statutory deadlines described in Terms & Conditions. Contact info@z7i7.com for invoice or payment questions.
