Worldwide shipping options
We arrange international deliveries through DHL, FedEx and other suitable couriers or freight providers. Availability depends on the product, destination, carrier services and applicable trade restrictions. A carrier name does not imply an exclusive service or official partnership. We confirm the available service and shipping price in your offer.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Goods may ship directly from a supplier or another fulfilment location. Dispatch origin and estimated lead time are confirmed for each order. Supplier stock listings alone do not guarantee same-day dispatch or a fixed arrival date. We distinguish an estimated lead time from an expressly agreed delivery deadline. Tracking details are provided when available.
Delivery costs and split shipments
Delivery costs depend on destination, dimensions, weight, number of parcels and service level. There is no universal free-delivery threshold in this draft. Any planned split shipment and associated charges are agreed before acceptance; additional charges are not imposed without your agreement.
Customs and import requirements
For deliveries crossing customs borders, the accepted offer identifies responsibility for import clearance, duties and taxes and states any agreed Incoterm where relevant. We do not assume that all worldwide orders are delivered duty paid. Provide accurate delivery details and any information reasonably required for lawful customs clearance. We will disclose known charges and explain where a final amount cannot reasonably be calculated in advance.
Delivery problems
Contact info@z7i7.com if tracking stops, a parcel is missing or goods arrive damaged. Keep packaging and provide photographs where reasonably possible to help investigate. This request does not create an automatic loss of statutory rights if photographs or immediate notification are unavailable. For consumer orders, the seller bears transport risk until you or your designated recipient physically receives the goods, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier independently commissioned by you.
